To help make our meeting time together as a board more efficient, reports are submitted prior to the meeting so all board members can read about the activities of the other board members. Since time will not allow each board member to report verbally on all activities, reports are compiled and shared and become part of the "consent agenda" for the meeting.
Although consent agenda reports are not discussed during the board meeting, they are important and serve as a record of activity since the previous report.
Reports are produced 4 times during the membership year.
All board members or committee chair persons are expected to submit a report. Reports are usually due approximately one month prior to a board meeting.
Reports with the Yellow highlightedAgenda Item- will be discussed or referenced at the PADA board meeting.
