It
is the policy of the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association that
the Association membership list is for official use only (e.g.,
Association Business, Foundation Business, District Continuing
Education activities). All other requests for Association mailing
labels/lists must receive final approval from the President.
Lists
are made available at the following costs:
• To the requesting district: List - $.02 per name/address + postage;
• For the Board-sanctioned project: List - $.04 per er name/address
• For any other request: Other: List - $.08 per name/address +
$25.00 service fee
