What do you do if you are audited by State Board of Nursing?
If you receive a letter auditing you by the State, please be sure that you follow their requests explicitly. When you send copies of your certificates of completion, the copies must be on an 8 ½” x 11” sheet of paper.
The certificate of completion must include the following:
- Your Name
- Name of sponsor
- Course Title
- The Date of Completion
- The Number and Category of CPE credits awarded
Please DO NOT submit registration receipts, course agendas, or activity sheets. These do not provide all the information necessary to determine eligibility. If you no longer have your certificates, you must contact the course provider for duplicates.
