•Although we do not have a practice act we do have legal protection.  Therefore, anyone who calls himself or herself an LDN or represents himself or herself as an LDN and is not, should be reported for violating our law.

•Any unethical professional conduct or behavior by an LDN should be reported to the licensure board.

•Reporting individuals who are violating our law will help us justify our law and the need for our legal protection.

•If you are unsure about filing a complaint on an individual contact the Licensure Board for guidance at 717-783-7142.

•There are several ways to file a complaint

  • Go to www.dos.state.pa.us and click on the link to file a complaint.
  • You may complete the form online.
  • Download the form and send the form to Professional Compliance Office.
  • You may request a Statement of Complaint Form by mail by calling the Professional Compliance Office Hotline at 1-800-822-2113.
  • Be sure to include any attachments and or supporting documents to support your complaint.
