St. Luke’s University Health Network is looking for full time registered dietitians to come join their dynamic St. Luke’s University Health Network clinical team at St. Luke’s University Health Network Monroe Campus, a 98 bed community, teaching hospital located 100 St. Luke’s Lane, Stroudsburg, PA, 18360. St. Luke’s Monroe Campus is the first new acute-care non-replacement hospital in Monroe County seen in 100 years. The position will be a part of one of thirteen hospitals in a large Pennsylvania based Health System. The position will involve inpatient, outpatient, and community nutrition, full-time with benefits. Position will report to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, and selected candidate will:
- Provide nutritional therapy to acute care inpatient and outpatient population, and nutrition care to the general population/community
- Manage the nutrition care process
- Provide education to patients, as well as staff, and work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
- Possess the ability to creatively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions while working within a self-directed and team oriented work environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups
- Have strong time management and organizational skills
- Collaborates, supports and communicates with food service and clinical departments on established nutrition processes, PI and quality control, nutrition care, and special diets Positions are also available through Indeed.
