Position Description:
Sadler Health Center is recruiting a full-time Licensed Dietician/Nutritionist to join our team. At Sadler, you will be part of a unique, team-oriented care model that provides comprehensive primary care including medical, dental, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatments and case management services to our patients. In this role, you will be supporting patients with their health goals and dietary needs by assisting in developing plans that are customized to their health and personal needs in consultation with the patients' health care provider. You will also develop educational programs for both groups and individuals. While you may support a variety of patients with diverse medical needs the primary focus will be with supporting Medical Assistance recipients under 21 and Medicare adults with diabetes or renal disease.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, health, or a related field from a nutrition or program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) • And /or holds a verification statement from a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD).
• Must have active/ valid PA License as a Dietician-Nutritionist in good standing
Desired Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in nutrition or a Master of Public Health with a concentration in nutrition.• Holds a valid/active Commission on Dietetic Registration: such as Registered Dietitian (RD); Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN); Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) or Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR)
• Or Holds Certified Nutrition specialist (CNS) designation
• Or Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
