Consulting Dietitian

Ranges from $45 per hour to up to $56 per hour based on experience and higher level credentialing

This is a part-time on-site role for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in Downingtown, PA with hybrid options and a focus on women's health issues and weight management.. The RDN will be responsible for conducting individual nutrition assessments, developing personalized nutrition plans, monitoring patient progress, and other related tasks as need by the practice owner.

Daily tasks will include working with patients across various specialties and documenting patient interactions. The RDN will also engage in community outreach and contribute to online programming efforts as needed.



Schedule: Part-Time, minimum of 8 hours per week.
Availability required for one to two late afternoon/evening and/or at least one Saturday shift per week.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
Office Location: Downingtown, PA.

Qualifications

Proficient in conducting nutrition assessments and creating personalized nutrition plans demonstrating excellent knowledge of the Nutrition Care Process
Experience in patient counseling, monitoring progress, and providing nutrition education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site part-time in Downingtown, PA
RDN credential, current state (PA) licensure and must maintain personal liability malpractice insurance.
Familiarity with digital tools and online programming for patient engagement including EMR.
Commitment to staying updated with the latest nutritional science and best practices.

Licensure: Must hold an active Dietitian-Nutritionist License (LDN) in the State of Pennsylvania.
Certification: Current, active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Must have own laptop computer. Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietetics principles, especially in women's health and weight management

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Registered Dietitian, with a significant focus on women's health and weight management.
