Metz Culinary Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our Dining Services team in a fast-paced senior living community. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact through personalized nutrition care, education, and collaboration with our culinary and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with care teams to support resident health
• Provide education to residents, families, and staff
What You Bring:
• Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD, LD)
• Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• EMR experience; strong communication skills
• Experience in senior living or contract dining preferred

Minimum Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited institution.

2) Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN).

3) State PA licensure or certification as required (e.g., Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist – LD/LDN).

4) Proficiency in therapeutic diets, nutritional assessments, and dietary management for aging populations.

5) Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

6) Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
Desired Qualifications:
1) Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.

2) Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) and care planning in long-term care.

Knowledge:

3) Understanding of state and federal LTC regulations (e.g., CMS, OBRA).

4) Proficiency in therapeutic diets, nutritional assessments, and dietary management for aging populations.
